Salva Terra, Haute-Rivoire
Categories: History Museums, Museums
The past comes to life at Salva Terra, where you'll watch the lives of yeoman, nobility, and peasants going about their days in the village. Swords clash and fists fly as rivals duke it out at this living history site. The people ask that you encourage them heartily at their "courteous assaults." Our Haute-Rivoire vacation generator makes visiting Salva Terra and other Haute-Rivoire attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

Let's start with the medieval Park, to go late afternoon in the giant maze. We start with a regional beer cool while waiting for the course of "combat" begins. Animation carried out with enthusiasm and humour by a weapons master who takes time for each. Then demonstrations of fighting. Is then the course writing with Lady Flora (very interesting!), then the simulation of an attack, it takes on all costumes and are assigned in groups. It's great! We then head to the prairie to admire the steeds and their rider (e) in an exercise mastered to perfection in the respect and love of the horse. We then return to drink in the company of the team which explains where they come from, what they do in life, their journey... It is 7:30 pm, we didn't spend the afternoon so it was pleasant! We won't go to the labyrinth today but everything is well thought: we can come back another time with our ticket! We leave raving about the stars in the eyes...show original

The hostess told me to start with the labyland and come back for 15 h and 17 h hours entertainment. And well I thank her infinitely in the end we stayed there from 1:30 to 7 pm with my 2 boys 7 and 4 years who have not rechignés once then to Captivate them more than 5 minutes to sharpen this is not evident. However everything is chained. The labyland with its set of questions about 1:30 and then medieval Park with handlings of swords (wooden) during an animation adults/children then returns to the workshops where we invite you to discover the weapons and armor of the middle age and again a new animation by the Knight on his steed to we show the course of the tournament. All this punctuated animations made by the whole team presents on the spot which continues to interact with the audience in the Park. You are asked to disguise yourself and to defend the village of looters and attackers. Great afternoon! Thanks to the whole team, I highly recommend!show original

Then it assigns to animations after have explained us the rules of the Park and the operation of dry toilets. The first workshop with a Knight was very good! It involves adults and children present. One feels that he is passionate and transmits it to us! A good point! I can't remember his name... but it is a Knight with Golden Spurs. Then the day is long, the workshops lasting 1 hour and are not always suitable for the public. Many lyrics little animation finally. While other groups attend a show ours is quartered in a tent by 30 degrees... We leave a little disappointed of this park which had been recommended.show original
