Castle
The small, perched vilage of Grimaud is a popular tourist destination. It is said to have historical connections with the famous Grimaldi Family. The village of Grimaud is highlighted by an ancient,11th century castle. The Grimaud Castle dominated the Gulf of Saint Tropez for years and so the Saint Tropez Gulf was also known as the Gulf of Grimaud until the 19th century. • Ruins that allow you to have a great view on the golf of St Tropez, the plain and on the Moors. Too bad we can not access in the erection of the towers.

  • Inevitable because the view is beautiful! We're trying to imagine life in the Castle at this time...

  • At the top of the pretty little village of Grimaud, lie the ruins of the old Castle. Nice view on the roofs of the village and the Gulf of St Tropez. Small green area where grow olive trees, almond trees, Rosemary... and even a few orchids in the end of February.

  • Very beautiful ruins. Has a lovely view over the landscape.
  • Beautiful. That's it.
  • Very nice. But not only for the Castle. See the picturesque village, to the small market at the level of the cemetery and the mill (below), it is beautiful and accessible family with young children (from 4 years).
