  • in Fragonard gift shops in Grasse, almost all of the items sold are made in Asia...Why not choose French producers ? We are very disappointed !  more »
  • My fiance and I visited the parfumerie during a trip to the French Riviera and absolutely loved it. From the moment you walk in your senses go into overload from the beautiful bright colours...  more »
  • We had the free guided factory tour in December 2019 and there was no one working in the factory. I asked if the factory was real or an exhibit. I was assured that it was real, but the staff were not....  more »

  • Simply great! This factory offers free tours in the main languages. Visitors are taken through the various phases/stages of creating perfumes and fragrances, from old techniques to more modern ones. The venue is pristine, well preserved and run. There is a small car park, they will look after your car and move it as per needs to accommodate more cars. They receive visitors from several destinations, they actually come in buses so I would suggest to get there before 12:00 pm to avoid the crowd. After the tour they will take you to the shop where you can buy their products, from fragrances to creams and soaps. Prices are good and choice vast. Staff is polite and approachable. There is also a museum displaying an interesting collection of objects tall linked to the same common theme: perfume. And of course it’s free. Overall it’s a great experience, highly recommend!
  • got a parking ticket that cost us 18 euros but we should have paid attention AND we are still wishing their security guard would have told us what would happen or should I say warned us maybe..he saw us parking and we did not know what we were to do. IF it happens to you you can go online and pay easily😖..was a nice place to visit for less than 45 minutes.. but would rather spent that money on PERFUME FROM FRANCE NOT A TICKET IN FRANCE🤑
  • Classic and famous perfume house in the old center of Grasse, if you park in center parking garage you walk right into it coming out of the garage. The shop has a wide selection of all the Fragonard products and is very reasonable priced. The sales ladies are very friendly and also speak other languages then French.
  • If you are into perfume I highly recommend to visit this place. We spent the weekend in Nice and had one day left when decided to take a train ride to Grasse (about 1h) from central station in Nice and it costs €20 return. I have to warn when out of the train in Grasse there is still great deal of walking up hill to get to old town and Fragonard factory. But area is beautiful and so is old town. Old factory building is beautifully restored and turned into museum of perfume history. Big part of the building is also dedicated to perfume shop and you most likely will end up buying some :)
  • Very nice museum, shop. This is a legendary place and there are free tours in the factory. Our guide was very kind.
