A friendly place for children. My daughters (3 and 6 years old) loved insects by which they were impressed. They are passionate about butterflies, but many were unfortunately too high for them. They enjoyed the table with magnifying glasses, boxes mysteries (too bad some are broken or empty). Aquariums are small species, some are very pretty, quite impressive for the younger. Unfortunately, the circulation space is cramped, it is difficult to find a space in front of the Aquarium. Although quite kitsch, part shellfish loved my daughters who was fascinated by the possibilities of creation with what they find every day on the beach. The most difficult has been not being able to touch. I'm doubtful about Marco. I was quite dismayed to see the size of his pool and the General environment: no green, no details Recalling its natural environment, a tiled Interior. I am sad to know that he lives in this space for more than 20 years. We stayed long in front of the tank to observe before the arrival of the woman giving him food. He spends his time going in circles, to reproduce the same rituals... How sad to see turned into a freak "singing" or say goodbye to get a poor fish. Being an animal born in captivity he could no longer live in their natural environment, but it deserves at least to end his life in a larger and better appointed space.

Visit with two children (2 years and 4 months), we requested the morning if the location was accessible in stroller, the response being positive we were surprised to find out (after paying) twenty steps to climb, Ditto to the output, not to mention inside. The site is very narrow so difficult to move in case of great affluence. Disappointed of this visit and the price paid.

Here is a small museum "proximity" as we encounter more and more rarely. The main theme of the visit is to be found in the work of Jules Verne: the children of captain Grant, twenty thousand leagues under the seas, journey to the center of the Earth, structuring the visit during which we can discover a beautiful collection of butterflies and insects, aquariums, impressive minerals and an unusual staging of shell that will delight all lovers of vintage 80's. Forget special effects and virtual, for set design, it is hand-made. At the entrance, Marco, solid mascot (from 350kg!) flowing from good old days will make your children happy. Extra bonus: the terrace full South which offers views of Côtes d'Armor.

Seriously disturbing. Massive sealion lives in a miniscule dirty pool the size of a bathtub. The same counts for the other living objects in this exposition. But that's not the biggest horror. Walking through the halls filled with paintings and sculptures you realise how much disrespect for our living planet the 'artist' must have had. Instead of paint and clay, butterflies, shells and even coral were deemed good materials. It was a hour of horror for anyone who loves nature.

Nice views from the top of the cliffs. Shame some of the gun emplacements were not left open. They have all been blocked up
