  • the site of Gourdon is exceptional on the one side views down to the sea of parking unlike some tourist places we're talking TV to shops with friendly traders and good advice a change of scenery for all citizens also of beautiful walks in the area

  • We arrived early in the morning and we were almost alone which was even more enjoyable. Still authentic, all small but powerful village with its castle and its dominant position, such a nest of an eagle. Overlooking the Gorges of the Wolf atmosphere allows his imagination to dive back to the heart of the middle ages. A shopping street with three Crystal spun by the artisan shops held by a family whose hospitality is warm. A tiny shop selling jams in South West (Francis Miot) what is somewhat unfortunate because I prefer to buy 'local'. And two others where we were poorly received. Otherwise to visit of course.

  • Every year I come back to visit this beautiful village perched at Eagle's nest. Spectacular views ... with clear sky you can see Corsica. Sometimes I have seen exhibitions at the Castle. Lose yourself in the narrow streets.

  • Wonderful views from the terraced garden. Unfortunately not clear when we bought tickets that we would be part of a guided tour in French so only understood partially the history.
  • Spectacular views but the rest of the place feels very fake and just a tourist trap.
  • Great place amazing views
  • Great with a very nice village.
