  • This was a great shopping experience! A lot of choice and good prices. Worth the visit. Give yourself a couple of hours to truly enjoy
  • The goodwill potential but twisted in value. A small museum which has some great pieces but without organization. A nearest shop of destocking of the factory shop. However prices are high €20 the mug... The bathroom down... How can you welcome foreign tourists with such an infrastructure. A box of com should go through it...

  • The particularity of this place, is that you find the Museum and factory store. Of magnificent pieces, are exhibited in the Museum, with interesting explanations on the history of this pottery. Be curious to appreciate. The factory store, it is free and accessible to all people. There's business to be done, and above all a wonderful dishes...

  • Fabulous! Always many beautiful patterns to choose from, and sometimes some great bargains. We visit nearly every time we go to France.
  • 6 stars if there were such a thing! From Oklahoma but been to the Gien factory store/boutique many times. Well worth the trip! Be prepared to pack your own merchandise and transport it yourself. There is no shipping available. Places like this don't easily exist in France. They do not have the "consumer mentality" of Americans. This is the real deal, tho. The prices are fabulously low and the quantity of merchandise is amazing.
  • I j likes!

  • have already sent an email to the service the Faience of Gien, but I never received a reply. I repeat therefore my discontent relating to items purchased in recent years and who submitted quickly crinkling, dark and cracking defects. These phenomena have appeared on items such as mugs, dishes, plates (I had even sent pictures of these items). I am particularly annoyed because I has long of dishes that never presented no defects. I have reached the conclusion that the production had been outsourced in China. But as I have never received a response to this question, I am not far from concluded that Yes, the Faience of Gien comes from China. And yet, prices, them, have not fallen, on the contrary. Who is kid? Of the client.
