  • With the few walls and original stones we can imagine the original site, a few consolidations have been necessary and don't detract. However temporary sheet metal roofs are awfully deplorable and it is to wonder if managers or architects took their degrees in a cereal!

  • A shame to have so badly restored these arenas which have survived so many years and the Malpasset dam. The choice of concrete and cover plate is horrible.

  • Dear the entrance for the little to see. Apart from a disastrous restoration, site maintenance-free (vegetation off the coast, alcohol bottles empty,...)

  • I found it a very professional initiative which turned a historic site into a live museum this way making it present in today's people life! The beton structures were very well adapted providing safety without jeopardizing the historic site . This is an example that should be repeated anywhere similar sites display no life thus not attracting the attention of the new generation! History must not forget the future!
  • I preferred the arenas in their State in front. Concreting inside to implement security and make it a place of show is not suitable for this historic site for what is in my opinion. However feel free to make the detour during your visit to see it from the outside.

  • A building, built in the 1st century BC. You can see it unfortunately doesn't have much. The arena with concrete was restored/updated and is used for various events.

  • The Roman ruins, see little concrete! But at least it works!

  • I liked it better before... There are now too many concrete... Too bad...
