  • At the bend of a ride we're entered the workshop of Espelette pepper... we were received by Katia who we at shared his knowledge... the small "Museum" is well made and fun but it's undeniably Katia making the perfect moment

  • Hello, we stop at a return trip of without sebastian, a visit made by a young man who loves his job and who defended with fervor. An explanation of the beginning to the end as well as the transformation into various products, a tasting very very like say inflamed taste buds but so delicious. Thank you for doing this ☺👍👍👍
