  • Pulled off the motorway to find a restaurant and this chateau was in the centre of town. Very nice, not too big just right for a stroll round on a chilly day.  more »

  • Great old school castle, and really nice village, but everything related to the castle requires payment.
  • Nice old chateau fort in the middle of a charming little town. Too bad they shortened the walls and towers, though given the disrepair over the centuries probably makes walking under the ramparts a lot safer. Park and take a hike along the Orge river to the nearby forest, the former royal hunting grounds since the days of Hugh Capet, the first King of the Franks.
  • Beautiful medieval castle in the middle of the town
  • I had the opportunity to visit the outside at a medieval party (craft, market competition costumes and archery, show birds, medieval combat troop flights, period restoration,...). It is possible to visit the kitchen garden and the ramparts of the Castle! Caution: parking spaces are played and the traffic changed on this occasion.

  • Very friendly visit. The view from the top of the main tower's worth. The Museum is really unusual and interesting.
