  • It's a very nice Museum, in a former convent of Bernardine; the entrance is by a beautiful cloister, where we are already to the scent of the monastic life of the middle ages. It's free. Downstairs, exhibition of Burgundy suits and how to live (and make butter, cheese, use the pots pewter jugs...); upstairs, reconstitution of shops dating from the beginning of the twentieth century: pelt, grocery store, pharmacy, toys, a dozen shops await or rather waited for the Walker. missing only the cobblestones and we believe it.

  • Not very big, but very interesting Museum which presents the different layers of the everyday objects of Burgundy society. Highly recommend to visit this place. The Museum is located in the Centre of the exposition and does not take much time.

  • Surprisingly interesting museum. Reconstructed stores from 19th century Dijon.
  • Museum very interesting, we learn a lot of thing on Dijon and Burgundy. A good collection and beautifully restored shops. Hat!

  • A museum that deserves to be known, including by the Dijon themselves that somewhat seem to ignore it. Located in a former convent, the first floor is particularly interesting. There are replicas of old stores of Dijon, Dijon former plans, explanations about the origin of mustard in Dijon and some other stuff yet. History lovers will be happy.

  • The Museum is wonderful. Traders Gallery is must-see

  • The Museum staff is not at the height. We have followed by two associate of the Museum in the exhibition on the war 14-18, who were telling all their family problems in a very loud voice. This is unacceptable!
