  • This is a hidden gem, so well hidden in fact that when we visited it and found that we did not have a suitable “pourboire” for the wonderful guide and wrote with a “bourboire” our letter was returned ...  more »
  • For explanations on what you see, you can see reviews of previous visitors. It is already well explained. Go for the exceptional architecture of the place but for the furniture (are there not!) Namely: the Castle opens 30 minutes before the tours but closes immediately after. So for the visit of 11 hours, plan to arrive at 10:30 if you want to photos of the castle in all its faces or just walk around to test it. At noon, you will be gently pushed out by the guardian and you won't have the time to go around. The visit lasts an hour and therefore leaves no margin to walk after. If you have problems to walk, this visit may be painful for you because you have to cross a wood and a fairly long way to get to the Castle from the parking lot. And growing strong... I discourage children in strollers, wheelchairs wheelchairs and people with difficulties to walk or climb stairs. The staff is charming and pleasant: the guide, the person of hospitality, the guardian. For once, you really plan to go because we don't pass by chance. It is lost in the Woods... It's really a call to make and which is worth a visit. And it's not expensive: 4 euros entry.

  • Very interesting Castle of pentagonal shape, built around an inside source that overlooks a magnificent monumental staircase.

  • Welcome to lovers of old stones! The architecture of this castle is UFO among the many others in the region. I was filled with a guided visit which was carried out by a very competent person, knowing absolutely everything from places. Even though the castle is in full restoration and is not furnished, the visit I much liked, as the entry fee is only € 2.50 for adults.
