  • Let's be honest, most men are going to be dragged here by their significant others. This being said, it was a very informative tour and well done. Take the time to watch the movie in the main room and go through all the audio-guide stations - budget 1.5-2 hours for the total experience. At the end, there are lots of nice lavender gifts made from "fine lavender" which can only be grown in the south of France. Definitely worth the trip if you're nearby.
  • Our luck! It was father’s day and my husband entered the museum for free. The museum was just small. You can also skip the museum and go to their shop directly where they sell good quality lavender products. It’s more expensive than those sold outside but the quality is better. My favorite was their lavender essential oil. You can also take a good picture of lavander here!
  • Excellent museum! Interesting for adults and children. Very good natural products!
  • Lavender is surely one of the typical symbol of Provence and if you have got a car, take it and go to this Museum. You will learn a lot about lavender, the true one as well as about lavandin. About how everything started with lavender in the region, a guided visit is a really good choice. Our guide was fine, always with smile and patient to answer all the questions. At the end of a visit, you can buy some lavender things produced there like cream, soaps, lavender bags, true lavender oil etc. It is worth a visit even if lavender isn't in bloom. WC availaible. Opposite the museum there is a French "boulangerie" where you can taste pastry, bread.
  • €8 per person is super expensive. Takes about 5 minutes to watch the halfway interesting film, then only another 5 minutes to discover the “museum” is only a small room full of lame old distilling pots. Asked for a refund but didn’t get one. Don’t bother.
