I am unfortunately forced m associate... unfavorable opinions emerging from this place, j had the unpleasant feeling of being fooled... the payment finally entered a shop at prohibitive prices... even in the Apple Store that doesn't happen :-) Too bad for all manufacturers of local products... A nice museum devoted to Lavender products. The Château du Bois alias the lavender Museum is renowned for its authenticity and quality products. A home suitable to finish a small tasting of fresh Lavender infusion. Until end of August, outside, you can see a demonstration of distillation with a still. Rates are up to the quality of the presented products. A visit that is worth trying, knowing that for the moment, a reduction of 20% is granted for purchases in stores as online. Shop 7/7 open year-round, 9 h / 12 h and 14 h / 17 h 30.

Very nice museum, more focused on the distillation than on the plants, but if you are interested in the whole lavender product making process you will love it! Maybe not suited for average tourist that has no relation to lavender at all... Products a bit expensive, they have lots of discounts though... The best thing to buy there is the essential lavender oil, this one has a reasonable price.

The staff are very friendly, speaks English, and does everything to make you feel welcome and enjoy the visit. The 10 minute video. viewed with audio guides in various languages, is interesting and informative. The shop has a wide variety of products and lavender tea is delicious.

We absolutely loved this place. We weren't going to go because we thought it was just a commercial museum selling lavender oil but it was really a pleasure to find out about Lavender's real history and its current state. It is done really well here. You won't be disappointed.
