  • Easy access in a stroller because large slope access, terraces faces to the sea to land. Quite friendly in General... Mickey club for children 4-11 years if I remember correctly. With the flat sandy beach seaweed

  • Can't say that Courseulles on sea is a pretty town. But despite a few drawbacks, the city could easily change if she s given the chance the Couseullais are friendly, welcoming and the life is not excessive if have goes to the market to buy producers. Disadvantages: the DROPPINGS of dogs when's your really verbalize the negligent owners? Is that the installed cameras will be able to be depreciated by filming the offenders. The port behind the pits of fishermen who passes the jet on the sidewalk at night but who pour a lot of thing inappropriate in the water and do not pick up the ends of strings when they remodel nets and everything goes forward has the sea with the wind. And what about the BRAVO Beach has the mayor who in recent years has mount Hut to the books and games but a bad point for the quality of the local of the showers and toilets that leaves to be desired. Summarize a city that still has a lot of tourism potential if she s in bother and especially if she respect has everything worked each respect for good live together. Fishermen are important, boaters have a place in the life of the commune, and tourism is also a very important link then respect our visitors. Mayor made an effort, otherwise you might lose everything.

  • The Normandy landing, Juno Beach, reserved for Canadian troops. Reinforced concrete fortifications are still visible and other tools to slow the landing. Fallen soldiers Memorial Canadians.

  • . Long, long, LONG beach! This is not Fuerteventura, so don't expect sand dunes and fine, pale sand. But it's pretty good nonetheless, golden sand stretching down to the water's edge. And as it's the English Channel, as we get in S England, there's a tide . . . When it goes out, the beach is very deep. But tide out or tide in, the beach is long. Looong. In fact, it is so long that it goes all the way to the next resort, Bernieres. There is a pedestrianised promenade/beachtop walk all the way along, several miles of it, which is a super walk when it's not too hot. Much of this is backed by apartment blocks, some attractive, some looking as though they have been airlifted in from East Germany. There are also, in the two ends, i.e. near the towns of Courseulles or Bernieres, bars and restaurants. A good beach for families, with rock pools, tide coming in to fill the moats of your sandcastles, and fairly shallow sea. This is also, of course, part of the Juno Beach from WWII. There is a Visitors' Centre reflecting this in Courseulles town. .
  • Beach very clean, washed all the morning and nice sea once spend the little seaweed there is.
