  • Especially to visit him during the season, which is not my case. Nice building with a plan and explanations, but off-season many pieces offer empty displays and some parts are empty. The castle is managed by an association and deserve a lot of subsidies to back it up and allow to put a portion of the electricity standards and back lighting in State. Maybe to think about offering a video guide that would present the pieces as they were at the time. With his village, a guided tour of the whole can Captivate children and adults.

  • This castle is very well maintained and worth the trip. So you can also visit the village in which it nestles, very beautiful typical village. You are very welcome at the entrance to the Castle where everything is explained. If you still want more you soak up the place, clothes of the time are proposed to the delight of children and adults. Then just you one more thing to go to its discovery and its surroundings

  • A very interesting tour at night with scenes played by volunteers of the association of the Castle. The visit was late and children began to be tired, but they have been passionate about the proposed show, adults also. The focus of the dramatised visit changes in 2018 and we will not fail to go back through the Aveyron.

  • Let me explain why 3 stars: personally, I have put 2 stars: the castle is not very large, there is little explanation above and it seemed even wrong... Too renovated... Fortunately there was a quality calligraphy workshop and a friendly Lady at the entrance. From the point of view of my children, I would have put 4 stars: small wolves, donned costumes of Knights and Princesses. The big two had booklets to complete, should have read the signs to populate a grid, find a Word and thus win the degree of Knight (from the adult point of view, I find it unfortunate that questions on chivalry in general and not on a) knowledge of the castle itself...). For the youngest (4 and a half years), just take a Princess and roam the Castle has enough. Pillory outside liked them a lot. They had their trip in time. And the short visit their is enough. I thus put the note between the two. In summary: If you have little time, children at a young age, it's a visit to do. However if you wish to learn, and as an adult, a real dive in time, go rather elsewhere

  • Castle big enough. Nice visit. Possibility to dress up for big and small. We also saw the show after eating at the country market. A very nice evening.

  • Visit free, very well explained greasy poster everywhere in the Castle. There is not too many people is significant.
