  • We discovered this Museum a little by chance, wishing to discover new things about Lyon. Even with the internet, not easy to fall on if we do not look at the bottom of the referral sites. And it is indeed what is most unfortunate. This tour (mandatory), and this museum is exciting. Certainly because we have to do to passionate and very friendly people by what he presents. Technical details, anecdotes, simple explanations (which makes the presentation easy to follow and not boring), who visit the really interesting. We came here without being pure aviation enthusiasts (just curious and interested by this domain), and have emerged without the slightest regret. The volunteer team really looks great and wants to share their work (monstrous) and knowledge (which must be equally). Icing on the cake, for 1 euro per plane, possibility to Board 2 models different (Mirage + Jaguar). Pretty rare privilege to enter the cockpit of these jewels of technology, it would be a shame to miss. Allow 2 hours to visit about (according to your question), small group. We had a great time in your company and learned many things. Very fond memories. Thanks a lot for your work. Good luck for your future projects, and who knows, maybe soon (baptism Fouga?).

  • Recommended to lovers! This museum, designed and presented only by enthusiasts, lovers of aviation, stands first and foremost as hangars have gathered all the planes that the association was able recovered, and especially renovated! Mirage III, IV and 2000; Jaguar... a unique collection in France! Bonus: you can sit in the cockpits for an unforgettable picture. The guides are all old drivers or engineers, and you communicate their passion with bright eyes! The mandatory guided tour, seem little long for children. Lovers of aviation, them, never will have it too.
