  • Narrow but well paved road that goes from Grimaud to Collobrieres. It takes some care when crossing with other vehicles. Sometimes you can see the monastery in lovely setting. Seen from a distance looks like a country for how big it is. Seen from a distance!! That is my experience. Would be appropriate for those who have already visited had published the calendar periods and closing days!! Make sure it is closed to the public throughout the month of January, on Tuesdays and all existing Catholic religious holidays. I can't tell you about her beauty, but at least tell you when to go!!

  • We must pay tribute to the association which, for many years, has helped make its luster to this monastery preserving its authenticity. The surrounding forest site is beautiful and invites to meditation. attention: the last kms are traversed by a road strewn with holes. Do when it rains

  • Retirement has never so well been named. Removed from all it's time to let invade by the serenity of the place. By their history, the weight of the stones makes you the cemeteries. The warm welcome and the life of the sisters lead you to ask about them and you. In short, a great time.

  • Very history place with museum and a big forrest for hiking around.
  • this at suche a location, incredible
  • Visiting this place is essential if you are in the area. First by its situation in the Maures massif and its green setting. But also by the chartreuse itself which is both sober and beautiful. The quiet places full enjoy discovering the Charterhouse of the Verne.

  • A place out of time originating a peace and a supernatural serenity certainly in connection with a perfect alignment of the geotelluriques forces. Beautiful and punctuated of green tones of olivine that constitutes some siding of the building. A review certainly.

  • Extraordinary setting isolation, rest and silence. Lends itself so well to contemplation and prayer
