  • This great / big bronze vase is really impressive and definitely worth a visit. Well highlighted, clear explanations of context. Do not miss also: tiara (we do not envy the Princess!)

  • We went there for the star subject to know the Vix crater but it is a much more general Museum with a fine collection of birds (which deserves public labelling!), a large collection of objects from different periods before and after JC, a room dedicated to the empire Marshal Marmont, another dealing with Metallurgy in the region... In conclusion, recent, well-presented Museum, which is worth the trip. Large parking nearby.

  • Vix vase is definitely worth a visit. The archaeological museum is especially based on the Celtic and Gallo-Roman time.
