  • Workshop of the glassblowers rest the only thing interesting... the Museum in him even more is an exhibition than a historical Museum...

  • Museum featuring the history of glass in the region and impressive collections of interesting artists, as well as demonstrations of glass blowers: beautiful pieces made before your eyes and technical work well explained. See

  • Beautiful very well set out Museum, fabulous exhibition the slot floor of modern glassworks Antonin Funes and Bastien Thomas present remarkable plays. Everything is perfectly highlighted. Only criticism: during the heritage days we are forced to hear a worker drone articles of Jaurès, it spoils the pleasure of the visit! Passionate glassmakers you discover their art and explain the creation of a few parts, it is a great pleasure to listen to answer our questions.

  • Beautiful Museum, with an interesting archaeological collection and a beautiful contemporary collection that changes and evolves each year. Little more, live glass blowing demonstration, and possibility of their questions have want.

  • The Museum is closed end of June and only opens at July 1, unable then to visit as the holidays begin. The biggest attraction of Carmaux, this was disappointing

  • We spent a super morning (thanks to the heritage days): part 1 with 2 glassblowers: available and professional / part 2: small game in 7 steps: with a gift for each child / 3rd parties: visit the Museum: beautiful achievements. We brought back a beautiful bottle: made onsite (for once that a boutique offers real local products...) B R A V O!
