Cap d’Agde Naturist Village, Cap-d'Agde

3.4
Cap d’Agde Naturist Village, a seaside resort, is one of the largest leisure ports on the Mediterranean Sea. The Musée de l'Ephèbe houses the bronze statue called L'Ephèbe d'Agde that was once a part of the Louvre Museum collection. Its history as a naturist commune has led to a long tradition of nudity as the norm. Leave your camera behind, as the resort bans photography. Before you go, you might want to investigate the resort's other rules that are conducive to nudism. For travelers who use our world travel planner, Cap-d'Agde holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Cap d’Agde Naturist Village and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • It is right to pay an entrance fee with the identity card, but otherwise it is very straightforward. We are then walking to find a place on the campsite in the village to us: with clothes...! If you arrive completely normal... We had a lovely holiday there... Sure: everything can be, nothing! The plant is very clean and well structured. Security was always present. Bike tours are possible. You again!

  • The naturist village is a unique place in the world where everything is permitted and nothing is mandatory... In this month of September a little cold, nudity was not pervasive but those who had the courage to face the cold strolled naked without any complex and above all without eyes moved. In the evening, the most extravagant outfits appear, sometimes not very classy, sometimes worn with great elegance. The devil complexes, each made according to his desire without judgment and it is magic to soak up this freedom. Being not naughty we were a little afraid of harassment, disturbing glances but we didn't suffer anything. We really enjoyed this stay in the middle of this special atmosphere... Like many others, I think that this place is not suitable for children because too many stores for adults warned and in the evening, are in addition very suggestive outfits. The worst is to be found on the side of the 'Bay of pigs', we wanted to see everything the course for us get an idea by us same and we were served! For voyeurs, handmade sex stroll between the couple on the beach on the lookout for the slightest beginning of lovemaking. And when this happens, a kind of rugby Scrum to slums around the couple. Personally, we didn't like the atmosphere and left this stretch of beach before the closure of the guard post because it seems that it becomes even harder after the closure of the latter. We have seen enough to get an idea. We will keep in memory the good times that we spent at the 'normal' naturist Beach and the erotic atmosphere of the village that took a little bit of spice to our stay... We return without hesitation...

  • Great beach and a good selection of bars and restaurants but the 'edgy' party scene was a bit off-putting. A very visible 'swingers' and fetish scene was unlike any other naturist resort we've been to...  more »
