  • A very educational place on the work of the distribution of water. A huge work which we do not think so it has become common to have this water to the faucet. The source is also nice to visit with its submerged soil consisting of former church land.

  • A d detour an hour or two feet to see the source, "Divona". Roman coins from the first century prove that the inhabitants or invaders from the time worshipped this source. As in our days at the Treviso fountain Rome they threw the pieces. The water Museum worth a visit for its historical explanations about the role of water in life through the centuries, and its role in the hygiene. Temporary exhibitions are also fun. Two steps from the Valentré bridge as you can see. In summer a nice terrace outside noise can have a drink in the face of the lot, away from the noise. Service friendly and cool by cinnamon. Barely ten minutes walk from the historic centre of Cahors. Come there by the Valentré bridge via the Fenelon aisles.
