  • If you want to see a building completely out of square, is where to go. Amazing how this makes sense. Impressive and curious to see at the same time.

  • It was the first church we visited during our stay in the city of Caen. Within a photographic exhibition makes us realize just as it appeared the city after the devastating bombing of the second world war. Are also contained part of the Bell and the remains of those famous days, with high emotion for those who can only imagine what could be staying there in those days. The Church is well worth a few minutes to visit with merits and enjoyable, as well as in other churches in the city not much crowding. Free admission.

  • The picture of the Church after the bombings of World War II leaves no room for imagination, had remained very little! The restoration, however, did not prevent the left nave to collapse so the effect you have by looking at the façade of the Church is something that slowly glides to the left. Simple. Remarkable a statue of Notre Dame de Protection, 600, revered in the city.

  • Essential Church don't to see how it looks. Built on a former swamp, its architecture is a challenge!

  • I'm not a fan of Gothic and Romanesque architecture, but the particularity of this church asked me about my sobriety and my eyesight!

  • Pretty Church. The "tower" built at the crossroads of the transepts offer an interesting skylight: the stone is worked and finely carved.
