  • Nothing to do with the Abbey to men, it is modest but oh how much more welcoming. The stone of Caen lights up the inside of this modest but very beautiful Abbey. You can - see the grave of Mathilde wife of Guillaume le Conquérant and embroidery at the point of Bayeux (like tapestry) exhibited on the walls.

  • Visit damage that the regional Council fire officials continue to squat. A more cultural use would be better coming. The building is beautiful well restored. See the fall colors a fairyland.

  • To discover if you go through Caen. Don't miss the guided tour. But already without it, the visit is nice. Everything has been restored following the destruction of the war 40-45. It's very beautiful.

  • Nice place, away from hustle and bustle of the city centre although 5 minutes walk from the port. The premises are beautiful and very pretty Church. The Abbey still suffer from comparison with the Abbaye aux Hommes, most majestic, larger and featuring a visit guided better. If you do not have time to visit both during your stay respectively therefore prefer the Abbey than men to ladies.
