  • Nice place very well preserved and maintained in a romantic setting. Do not miss the guided tour that is exciting (at 14:30 in the off-season when there are enough people). Learn more about the bright personality of the owner who scored the Castle, the tale of Bussy, cousin of the marquise de Sévigné. We visited the Castle several times, and we don't get enough. The Castle regularly organizes events, exhibitions and concerts. In short, it is a place worth visiting.

  • This very well preserved Castle allows you to discover a fascinating character and a very pleasant place: provided a guide provides some explanations on the different thematic rooms (a guided tour might be useful, but it is true that, in February, visitors are not very many). The reception is very friendly and the people working in this place are competent and passionate.

  • Visit in the off-season so no guided tour. The gardens deserve their label of "remarkable gardens" because very well maintained and sublimated by the pools. However lack of explanations, a leaflet amber is provided but: - no explanations for the construction of buildings, materials, ornaments and their symbolic... - little explanation about the various characters who have stayed there - no explanation yet furnished and decorated interiors of the Castle. Inside to suffered over time and some parts are in bad condition. You will not be able to visit all of the Castle and outbuildings. And it will be at your own risk if you decide to annoy the guide who is watching you by pulling a six feet long hangover. His answers are succinct and dismissive not what illuminate your lanterns! For a national monument I expected much better, I understand that in February it does not tour, but at least it would be nice to offer substantial explanatory signs! I learned more about wikipedia than by the flyer of the Castle... Shabby.

  • A small castle far from the major tourist sites of the region. But a small castle filled with wonders and led by a guide who knows very well his subject. It should not hesitate to make the detour for hundreds of arrays (really necessary to understand and appreciate guide) and gardens.
