  • Another vision of the world. It's March and 4 people are present. Trade with the guide are many and address multiple areas: materials of the floor to ceiling, techniques and art evolving with times, but also the influence of climate on resources and way of life. All in a friendly atmosphere and without headaches to decode the place. I recommended with the guide. (We forget the official story to the Michelet)

  • Located, as of other Cistercian abbeys, at the bottom of Valley, close to the expensive (the river) this place is beautiful and merit the guided tour.

  • Wonderfully restored Abbey and is a must visit. We really enjoyed our time here. The Abbey is not good but it is a very worthwhile visit. The acoustics in the main hall are fabulous - you must try! The natural lighting also adds to the effect and impact of each room. We visited we have cold winters day and to enter the hotel it was a delight to discover they had wonderful underfloor heating. There are also gardens but being winter there was nothing to see. Cost - Tickets are €7 and we were giving a leaflet in English. Car parking - has its own large car park which is only a short walk from the hotel. Coffee - afraid there is coffee No.. Shop - has a nice but small shop. It sells the usual books, etc. but also local produce.

  • This beautiful Cistercian Abbey makes us go back in time. The guide is very teacher and Nice. The places are perfectly preserved and are imbued with calm and serenity.

  • An Abbey from the 12th century beautifully well preserved. The place is full of history and religion and the visit puts great places in value. The cloister is beautiful and very soothing, the gardens are well maintained and allow a nice relaxing ride. More concerts are given throughout the year to put the acoustics of the halls in front and fit very well into the spirit of the place.

  • Imposing monastery complex with ample parking and German information flyer. Currently, April 2018, a little site. There are flyers in other languages. Shop and 1a toilets. Should one not miss.

  • Beautiful place (under restoration) exudes quiet and contemplation. Too bad that the bathrooms are empty

  • Beautiful Abbey perfectly maintained. I went there a dozen years and then returned in September, new rooms were opened to the public since then. It is a beautiful place.
