  • We were happy to discover this site... what a disappointment! 1 / very expensive access: 18 euros so that, for example, Mt St Michel Abbey is at 9 euros 2 / home box office very "limited" smile, no thank you... 2 / a nice guide tour very difficult. very poorly lit, Cairn group visit too important to the small size of the obsolete information panels and 3 place I always wonder how one of the drawings is a sperm whale? This would look more like a swing plough in short, must for lovers of archaeology but unsuitable place to the general public

  • The place is magical, the engravings are beautiful and the questioning, the assumptions to do are fun. The guide (archaeologist?) was funny and bright. The visit time is a little too tight: we want a little stroll on the island but the boat is getting impatient... A few days later, we made a short cruise and we see the megalithic alignment of the other island. It is not to be missed either.

  • Very impressive building. The walk by boat to reach the island is nice and allows to realize the strength of the current of the Mare who is at its peak a tide. Very nice view from the island which overlooks the southern Gulf. The explanations are fascinating. Must book and check that there is no cancellation because of weather. A good part of the visit is open air.
