  • A small museum located in a vaulted cellar of a building of the royal broker of Louis XV. It traces the tradition of traders breeders of the 19th c. Photos, original documents of a very beautiful calligraphy, range of objects used for winemaking, multiple bottles and labels, video presentations tell us about the Bordeaux vineyards. A white wine and a closed red wine tasting visit. All for 10 euros. But who wants to learn about wine, the Museum of Aquitaine is a 'must' and low cost: 4 euros. The Museum of the wine and the trading in tells us no more.

  • This was a delightful small wine museum chock-a-block full of information. We took the self-guided tour through the museum, which is housed in a wine cellar of the Royal Broker of Louis XV from 1720)....  more »
  • In a nice house we discover the story that enabled the reputation of the wines of Bordeaux. The visit was followed by a moment of clarification with a very specific guide on the subject and a tasting tasty and smart which makes us discover the pleasant Claret.
