  • This building is woaww!
  • Extremely wonderful place to explore
  • As its name suggests, this museum is about customs system may have existed in the region and in France during the last centuries. It's a pretty demanding insofar as, Museum to enjoy, but spend a lot of time to read detailed enough signs. Next to that, there are alcoves whose content is under-exploited (sous-expliqué). What gives the Museum an impression of heterogeneous zoning with a side rather "rough" where it is, for example, impossible to interest a child then one side enough "loose" with objects and uniforms.

  • Much more interesting that his name might indicate, this little Museum on the ground floor is quiet and relevant, and details (without burdening us with details) the history of customs in France from J-Baptist Colbert (17th century). The space is nice and friendly employees. The Bordeaux Customs Museum is more interesting than it may sound, presenting the history-both social and economic-of taxation & border customs in France. Small, worthwhile museum in year attractive hotel with kind staff. For €3, so it's the perfect way to spend year hour.
