  • We thought BAILLARDRAN was synonymous with fluted or canelé of quality... But despite everything, knowing a craftsman in Saint-Emilion, deserving no comparison, we decided to do the test on the macaron... We were supposed to discover macarons to the subtle tastes and (or) rich in flavours. A single word: tasteless! Mediocrity! Some industrial products (including HARIBO sweets) are much better than these so-called handicrafts... In a nutshell: avoid!

  • Just pass at the station, I was in request for information in this little baillardran of the station St Jean and I finally left with a small box of fluted what a lovely copper doll served me, smiling and pleasant. What a good day! Thank you!

  • gift made by family to thank for our welcome. Bordeaux birth we are horrified shame to offer these infected canelės to the taste of metal. What memories of Bordeaux must give the tourists when he returns home (in France or abroad) to offer this Bordeaux specialty, it is better to visit a pastry chef or even a Baker to have a quality product.
