  • Visit during the "open of Sauternes and Barsac", very nice visit with tasting. The place is very beautiful. It will come back

  • We stopped here with a group and learned some about Sauternes. Interesting history with the vineyard owned and run by a woman in the 1860s. Tasted one and were on our way.
  • Good tour in the vineyards and the cellars, with very clear explanation (French or English) over the Sauternes-making process and the chateau itself. Both the grand cru as 2nd wine of the domain are tasty. Bottles range from 20 euros (for the 2nd wine) until the 40 euro for the grand cru.

  • I visited Rayne Vigneau 2 weeks ago, the vineyard is perched on a hill that gives stunning views of any of the Sauternes appellation. The reception staff is smiling and passionate, beautiful local and wines all as greedy than the others. This is a visit that I highly recommend!
