  • A Museum is run by volunteers machine still in condition of market. A re-enactment of the bowels of the great wealth of the guides at the top.

  • We went as a family with children and adolescents. Everyone was delighted to visit a mine. We have unfortunately very quickly became disillusioned. The guide who gave us the tour was absolutely horrible. After a quarter of an hour spent in front of the statue of Jules Chagot in full sun, we had retail on miners lamps, we spent almost an hour in this room, then we had in detail explanations on the machinery. More than an hour and a half after we arrived we still had not entered into the mine. We were all frustrated, the children began to get excited, whereas they were really very patient until then, we decided to leave. I nevertheless passed to the office host express our dissatisfaction, saw the price paid. The person of the host was very upset and explained to me that the guides are volunteers. I recommended to train guides... This is truly regrettable.

  • Very interesting to know how work the miners and how works a mine
  • Not to be missed! The tour is very rich in details, (former miners who worked at the site). A real discovery, in all the details of operating systems. Really very, very, interesting. In conclusion, great, well done.
