  • This museum is a must visit if you are in the area of Biot and want an alternative to the sea and beach. The property is large, bright and surrounded by greenery, and the art of Léger, the most unknown,-despite his works being auctioned for millions like Picasso and Modigliani-is a real find. I would recommend it to those who do not know much about art, because the path is illustrated more than effectively by captions that explain the lives and styles of this great artist, and make so to appreciate it even more. Museum definitely suitable for children.

  • This place doesn't really have the appearance of a "Museum" because of its architecture, its clarity. All works of art there are highlighted in airy way staff is listening to visitors including small to 3 years. Educational workshop at the top!

  • Fernand Léger is an interesting artist. Some of the world of art is simple interesting because of size. Nice, modern museum and I love the park.
  • Nice exhibit and location. Friendly English speaking staff. Free audio tour. Small souvenir shop could be improved when it comes to the selection of the items. Overall a very pleasant experience.
  • If you tend to pass by Léger in other galleries but want to appreciate him better then come and focus on him here for a while. It is well worth the excursion.
  • The art atelier was great!
  • BIOT is a small town of the Riviera known for the ability of its potters and glassblowers. Here in 1960, 5 years after the death of the great painter, his friends Braque, Picasso and Chagall laid the foundation stone of the "Musée National Fernand Léger". The artist's collection, the largest in the world, allows you to have a complete overview about his work in an appropriate framework specifically created for this purpose. Leger is discovered or rediscovered for the quality of the works and to the rigour of the artistic career: his adherence to major twentieth-century avant-garde has always given birth to original creations.
