  • We had a presentation of the field of Burgundy, with the history of wine, climates, the notions of wines, etc... Followed by a good tasting! Interesting for the neurons and the taste buds!

  • Fans of wines without a lot of knowledge, we were looking to discover the Burgundy wines without going through the behemoths of the industry. We did not regret our choice of the Debray field. For €10 per person, tour of the cellars and tasting of 6 wines have given us a good overview of this young area (2006). The team is reduced (3 permanent) but we were very well received. Some wineries of Beaune are certainly much more majestic, but hospitality in a small group (2 couples), friendliness and a price almost gift we have fully satisfied. We recommend!

  • Return of the Saint Vincent turning to Mercurey we wanted to visit a winegrower in Beaune. It is at the place St. Jacques, 1 we found the area Yvonnic Debray. Without reservation the breton boss kindly received us this Sunday morning. He did we visit its beautiful facility and give many explanations. We ended with a tasting of some of the wines of his estate. Excellent moment of conviviality. We bought the "Nails" 2014 DURESSE AUXEY and white SANTENAY in the same year. For the record the first bottle of Santenay open at home was repaired, the second not... Fortunately!
