  • We were welcomed at the store because we did things a little backwards... then we followed the advice of the seller and we visited the cellars and this underground walk in the middle of the bottles was very nice and out of time.. .the tastings that followed also!

  • We did a tour of 2 h in the cellars with an oenologist. It was friendly, she took time to answer all our questions, the explanations are very interesting and visit nice cellars. We then had the right to a tasting of 8 wines, which finally ended with 13 wines and 4 h of visit/tasting! The winemaker has taught us has taste the wines and has to bring out the flavors. It was very interesting. Even if the purpose is to make us buy more, and always more expensive, the visit is well designed so that we don't realise too that commercial aspect. The price of the tour with an oenologist, however, remains very high: €47 per person! It of exorbitant, but do it once in his life...

  • We had a presentation by the sommelier, very friendly, passionate in a beautiful chapel, then a free tasting throughout the cellar, you take full eyes and taste buds. Then we have a meal served in the cellar, a real delight of food and wine. Everything was perfect, an evening at the top.

  • Neat to go see the caves, which are expansive. The staff were friendly too, offering my wife and mother free roses (we were there on Valentine's Day). The wine wasn't as impressive as some of the other places we visited in Burgundy. Perhaps most interesting was the tasting process, which was self-guided. If you're in it just for booze then jackpot, but for those of us trying to learn about the wines, you didn't get nearly as much out of the experience this way.
  • love this place. the wine tour cost a bit expensive though. during wine tour, you can have free wine tasting by yourself. there were at least 10 wines i can have a tasting. the tour takes around 2 hours (according to the manager). but for me, just 40~50 min (perhaps i was too hurry) they have good wines too.
  • The extensive caves (cellars) were interesting, with thousands of dust-covered bottles from all over Burgundy covering well over 100 years. Use a cell phone flashlight to read the signs in the dark corners locked behind the iron bars. The price (17 euro per person) covers the self-guided tour of the caves and a self-pour tasting using small metal tasting cups (yes, you can just pour extra if you like, though there are lots of wines, so take it easy). The wines range from Burgundy to Premier Cru (3 white, about 15 red, 2 sparkling), so there are plenty of opportunities to match your particular tastes and budget. They also have tastings of crème de cassis, crème de framboise, brandy, and a fourth liquor in the wine shop at the end of the tour. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful but not overbearing.
  • Great visit. Loved the original history of the structure & the time capsule. Much of the self-guided tour is walking through caves. 3/4 of the way through is a 13 wine tasting, with pour your own. Collect the bottles during the tasting & once upstairs...don't forget to taste the casis & brandy. A great value for the cost.
  • Worst tasting wine I personally have ever had.
