  • Impressed with the collection and content, attractively displayed. Doesn't take too long to wander through. Well worth a visit.
  • Well equipped for the disabled, the Museum is full of treasures, very well explained. A visit!

  • The building is beautiful, very well renovated, the collection is very comprehensive and is very beautiful objects but it lacks a narrative journey a bit structured and context of this. The whole is flat and turns into a simple juxtaposition of themes and objects for which he sometimes lacks precise explanations. It's hard to reconstruct the history of the region or the city. Too bad! Maybe the tour allows you to fill in the gaps.

  • Magnificent insight into the Basque culture, housed in an old seacaptain's house right along the river. The building has many additions, nooks and crannies, so you get a feel for the various eras during which construction occurred. The museum provides a thorough overview of the Basque, from the various forms of jai alai, to the grave stones with their arcane carvings. Many artifacts are on display. Must see when in Bayonne.
  • Magnific basq
  • At the moment there is a room dedicated to an architect who has modeled the city of San Sebastian 1813 before the disaster of the war led by the anglo troops / Portuguese. You can visit the town augmented reality! C is huge! Really great work!

  • Museum of the history of the Basque country, very informative and many exhibits, interesting not only in bad weather.

  • Museum with ancient objects, extraordinarily basque nothing, except the basque pelota course part. The big least objects with just a sign giving their name and not their use or usefulness...
