Notre Dame Cathedral towers over the entire town. First, circle around the exterior, where occasional informational signs on stone or wood blocks explain aspects of the church's construction and its architectural features. Then explore inside, where you’ll find excellent views of the architecture, statues, and murals. There are several empty crypts you can visit beneath the church. • On the occasion of a passage devoted to events related to the Bayeux awards in early October, we had the opportunity to visit this beautiful Cathedral, charged of history. Impressed by the volume of the building, must see. Note the Orafi Sycamore square adjacent to below the Cathedral.

  • A light and space. Sculptures and a wall ornament which is not often seen. The crypt can be visited, but offers little interest for my taste.

  • By all means visit the wonderful cathedral. No entrance fee, no tour. The architecture is wonderful, but the stained glass windows rival Notre Dame.
  • One of the most amazing churches I have ever seen! France is lucky to have such an amazing Cathedral! It's amazing to think that people built this intricate building back in the day! Definitely worth checking out!
