  • A big thank you to the owner for his reception warm and informative. Visit explains this "artist" work without going through the not always informative tour of the winery (see barrels and stainless steel tanks!). Very nice tasting to appreciate the diversity of production. Bravo for the artistic part, which is a real plus, even if not everyone can be receptive. Only regret the visit organised at the start of the field of Valmont was a little late for the era. Congratulations again and good luck for the year 2016.

  • BRAVO one word to describe our visit to the Castle I mean field. The visit was organised at the start of the field of Valmont or we have was warmly welcomed by the owner of the domain which took us on his vineyard. We discovered the nature of the limestone ground and the meticulous work of the described with passion vine which gives an exceptional wine. We watch a film which traces what to remember this exciting visit. Our hostess was able to pass us all his passion. The operation is innvante and creative with a bottle of Castle I mean in the form of fragrance. We could appreciate the incomparable flavor of its production. THANK you for this visit and all our encouragement for the future harvest.

  • You'll find In wines here a beautiful additional acidity you won't find in most Sauternes. This particular property is small, and proud of its link with local artist.
  • Great fun!
