  • This part offers a very nice view on the bridge Benezet with the walls of the city in the background. A free River shuttle and a bridge to get there.

  • Wonderful place of nature in the city. Sometimes crowded days of good weather, especially in the face of the bridge, but simply sink into the island, in the small paths and meet quiet! (not forgetting the passage at the farm of the blast to buy very good fruit and vegetables grown in agriculture reasoned at unbeatable prices!)

  • From the city centre on foot, we crossed the Rhone to us on the opposite bank. A beautiful walk waiting for us on the banks of the river. This place we could admire a beautiful panorama on the city of Avignon where all its treasures available to us: the Palace of the popes, the gardens of the Doms, the walls and the roofs of the city. At one point a small ferry us back across the Rhone and take of majestic staircases that led us to the "gardens of the Doms", of this place the look took us through the Alpilles.
