  • Well it might be confusing to anyone who is not French - all civic centres are called hotel D'Ville, so expect to find one in most major towns. They are not accommodation centres! But often house fant...  more »
  • Characterizes the clock square, but has no possibility of it especially comfortable attractive; In France there are many more interesting.

  • The building has a beautiful facade. It's not open for visitation (it's the city hall), but it's located in a very nice square (Place de l'Horloge) that deserves a visit.

  • If you go to Avignon, be sure to take a moment to step off the bustling main square into the beautiful and historic city hall, Hotel de Ville
  • Most tourists don't go in here, but if you sneak in, it's an impressive building with some interesting memorials inside
  • Classic XIX building. Pretty canopy to all small tiles.

  • Date: 22/08/2016 place: Hotel de Ville this grandiose building of the city of Avignon, situated in the Plaza de l'Horloge, in the heart of the city. Beside the countless bars and restaurants have Opera, and at the plaza theatre for eating or drinking.
