  • I visited the Museum with my family (wife and two daughters aged 6 and 8 years) last summer (August 22). The place is just a typical of Camargue, mas well marked and easily accessible to all. Inside, the visitor is projected in this place where time seems to stand still and traditions continue to resist time. In addition to the typical objects of history and culture, I have several videos, photos, documents which help to understand the place and its people. The visit took about 2 hours and our girls were not bored, thanks to foto 3D videos. The place unfortunately isolated, proceed for about 200 metres along a dirt road before reaching the parking lot, which is not visible from the main road. This makes the car quite risky, that morning they broke the glass of a dozens of machines (including mine) and took away everything that was (suitcases, cameras and supplies. ...). Result we spent 2 hour visit, spent 3 hours to the Gendarmerie and lost time to recover the crystals ...

  • A visit necessary before discovering the Camargue. A presentation full of economic, agricultural, human activities not to mention floods and ecology and geological changes. You become unbeatable and in love in a former sheepfold before even visiting the natural park.

  • I have described our visit in the space of the Regional Park - the Museum of the Camargue is an essential part of this park and tells you the true face of the Camargue of yesterday and today. Many objects, costumes, instruments to discover
