  • Access to the site is done after a long dirt road. He can't drive fast and do not find the time long! This allows to admire the Camargue bulls and beautiful horses. Parking is available. No admission ticket and a shop with maps, books and local products. The paths or wooden or earthenware but quite passable with a stroller. It's nice to be in the middle of the Camargue nature and to see animals in their living.

  • Great ballad. The guide is passionate and awakens us to the nature and its inhabitants (horses, Bulls, Flemish roses, grey herons, coypu...) installed in a carriage carrying about 30 people. No gene for admire or photograph. The visit lasts more than two hours. At the entrance we can eat with salad or vegetarian sandwich.

  • Who also still thirsty and hungry, because the tourists excessive prices to the arena from the city one, drive from Arles from in the Camargue, where nothing can happen itself, than to follow the sign 'Centre Ville' on the road to Salin-de-Giraud in MAS Thibert and later, when the old peasant houses are less, the signs to the ' Marais you Vigueirat ' to follow. If the road ceases to be a veritable road: 6 km of gravel road and you are there. Rich of discovery of you can make walks or rides under the Tamarisk through and along the ever-changing Etangs with the corresponding observations of nature - about eight hundred plant species and numerous water birds, snakes and turtles - from here. Elizabeth, Babette, as it is called here, and Robert are a good team when you open the gate and the numerous visitors questions. There's an "Assiette de dédustation", which is actually a poem to the Buvette. Everything from the garden next door, lettuces, whose name does not know the normal Hausmann, Coeur de Boeuf tomatoes, beetroot and carrots in a fine vinaigrette, different Tapenades on Sun-dried baguette, its own goat cheeses, own Paté de TAUREAUX and what one else imagines. You can read more about the Marais and how to get from here to the lighthouse of la Gacholle, in the blog "LustaufProvence".
