  • To say the least that can be said, our visit was confusing... Puzzling for several reasons:-it is stated that there is a pancake but it seems in fact, there's more. What was bad for us because we were so early that was believed to be able to eat there. -We thought to do a tour, but very quickly, the person says that in September, he more nothing happens but that in addition to this, to make a cider, there not much to do (humour?). -Ideology seems utopian and dogmatic, especially during the tasting where one has the impression of taste rather mediocre ciders (but, in their defense, it was a bad year) after a demonstration like what they do quality cider. -The visit turned into a lecture about... 3 h! We were 2 couples with babies... you can imagine that it was difficult to keep them silent. The worst part is that when we wanted to heat the bottle in the microwave: not possible, they have not because they are against the waves! In short, a lot of negatives... That said, everything is not black! Which was a Masterful Court of 3 h was no longer fun for me who likes to learn (to the great displeasure of my wife and baby). The "guide" explains everything very well, with strength of details, demos (I had forgotten how chemical equations!), stories and quizzes all stages between preparation of the Orchard for the production of cider. They not only make the "bio" but are really involved in a hard ecological ideology (permaculture, anti-onde, cynicism towards the consumer society, etc.) all with a rather strange sense of humor (half, mi-pince without laughing). It can't please everyone it's course, but in any case to me Yes! I simply set foot on Earth during the tasting, which was quite disappointing. After such criticism on the other alcohols and industrial ciders, praise on their methods... well, I did not appreciate their cider. No luck. If it is for their cider, it is at least interesting for culture to listen to what they have to say and share with them! In the end, I think it would be useful for them to review the presentation of their benefits because feels a little lost when I arrived and I regretted coming there with my wife and our baby. PS: I saw the first sheep put standing on two legs to eat leaves of trees!

  • After being gone 2 times on-site, closed on Saturday, I went thinking make my holiday shopping and discover how cider and apples derivatives were made. and well, none found. I got the impression of deranged. people saying just "Hello". less than 10 bottles of local cider present almost all the empty lockers. no explanations, no products other for sale, has share of cider from another region. not Apple juice, really nothing. really not friendly people. price of cider, not very interesting, more expensive than in other places seen during the stay at quality equal.

  • Museum unfortunately closed, but a welcome very friendly and very nice. With 100% artisanal, delicious cider tasting.
