  • Usually I'm not so bad, but there is too much. I was kindly "thrown" out with my husband and my two children on the pretext that we had a stroller (a stroller umbrella that can bend and which can be stored under the seat, that doesn't bother anyone) but also because my little was less than 3 years old. I told the cashier that I did not know this law and that also this is not the first time that I had and I didn't worry so far here. My little isn't at its first meeting. Anyway, also places, which are already very expensive, staff is so insensitive and mediocrity! Especially since we came to see cartoons. Go comfort her children turned away at the door of the cinema and make understand them the reason!

  • Decavision unfortunately no longer exists. It was bought by Gaumont Pathé. The identity of Decavison has been completely removed to make room for that of a chic Pathé cinema. Prices have changed and have been revised upward. The only improvements are the rooms which are most beautiful and have a his digital 7.1. If you want to watch a good movie without you worrying about your expenses, it's a good movie. Otherwise, avoid to go there often (prefer the promo as the spring of cinema).

  • We was see bridget Johns super film! but the place, fortunately I have a car too expensive bcp Ditto for the confectionery! now they made a new systems to the former placement of clients, you order tickets on the internet and you pick your spot attention! If there are several take all at the same time! Otherwise you will be dispatcher its it's not cool, but practical for people who arrive late they have their place reserved so quite hard mixed this cinema

  • Although cinema was nice and spacious, and clean. The cost alone is what has resulted in 2 stars. Well dear!! 7 euros for a bag of m n m's that had all of 12 nuts in, and a small still water... Wow! Scary stuff. Cinema ticket wasn't cheap either. Very naughty!!
  • Not great, they search your bags to make sure you don't try to smuggle food and drinks in, only because their prices are outrageous! The ticket prices aren't cheap considering theere were works taking place while we were there, so I would have thought a discount would have been in order. The staff were typical, in that their idea of service is not what the rest of the worlds is...you are disturbing them and they are not afraid to show it! Finally, the place is all a bit sad, in desperate need of an update (to the update as their taste in decor leaves a lot to be desired) and the staff need to be taught how to deal with people in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • I have been to this theater three times since I have lived in Annecy with my husband and all three times the personell has been EXTREMELY rude. In particular, there is an employee by the name of Nadia who has made our movie experience horrible. We asked to see a film (twice with this Nadia person) which was posted as being shown at the moment. And she rudely says, " No you cannot see it. We are not showing it." It was clearly advertized as being shown. The first time she did this my husband and I simply left in confusion and looked at the poster again to see if it was indeed a mistake. We found out it was not. The second time she did it we decided to reflect a bit and moved off to the side. As we were moving away she says to the gentleman behind us, " Approach because they don't know what they want." My husband got angry and told her to shut up. She deserved it. Not only was the movie showing, but she lied and said it wasn't! Because of this she calls her manager and says my husband was being aggressive with her!! The nerve of that cow! The manager talks to us and takes the side of the employee without listening to my husband and sent us out of the theater. NEVER have I been somewhere where customer service is so poor. Management is a joke. They don't care about customers, the theater is always dirty and smells like dirty feet, the price is the highest in the region. There are other theaters with better quality and cheaper prices. Never again!!!
  • Comfy huge chair. Lots of leg room.
  • Always overcrowded, bad sound
