Categories: Sacred & Religious Sites, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
4.2/5 based on 220+ reviews on the web
Cathedrale St-Maurice began as a small church but grew into a full-fledged cathedral with the passage of time. It is exceptional for its nave at 48 m (157.5 ft) long and 22 m (72.2 ft) wide, with a gothic gate and a tower that reaches 60 m (197 ft) into the sky. Walking into the cathedral gives you a sense of the eternity the architecture was meant to represent.
