  • We loved our day with this Oyster farmer who is passionate about this particular and particularly difficult job! Stéphane has human values, patience and conviction needed to inspire, to discover the "pescatouristes" that we were, the time of a tide, and finally ensure that rewarding sharing arises naturally between all stakeholders of the day. If you want to know everything about the oysters and see the Bay of Arcachon, otherwise living a great moment of Exchange, feel free! As a bonus, the tasting of oysters freshly caught even the boat as well as the little "pet" of white between two seas ideally punctuate the day!

  • Thank you for these moments shared in a friendly atmosphere. We learned a lot and enjoyed your complete availability to answer our questions and share your knowledge. Child (8 years) and teens were also delighted and have not seen the day. We highly recommend this outing, this beautiful slice of life between Earth, sea and sky. One of our best memories of the basin. Good luck and who knows, next time. 5 club.

  • Absolutely recommended! Driving with Stéphane for his work in the Mussel (1 hour boat ride back). There he explains everything and you can harvest wild oysters, and who wants to eat well. Then you have time to stroll about the bird island approximately 1.5 hours. All in all a great experience, from which we take with us many impressions. What makes it special is the cordial atmosphere created by Stéphane, in which one is rather appears as a guest than as a tourist.
