Park of the Pagoda of Chanteloup is the oldest park in the French Castle of Chanteloup. Note the distinctive Chinese-inspired 44 m (144 ft) high pagoda monument supported by 16 columns with 16 pillars. Each of the seven floors has a dome built in it, and each dome has a narrow staircase that narrows further as you ascend towards the top. Climb the steps to reveal a panorama of the lush Amboise forest and the contours of the Loire Valley.   • When we go to Amboise, we look at the pagoda of Chanteloup outside, it has the look. But the price of entry is too high to just watch. For a slightly higher price you can visit Château-Gaillard and his beautiful garden, or else the Royal City of Loaches, including Courbet exhibition! If you want to see beautiful Chinese gardens, go to the area of Chaumont in the meadows of the Goualoup...

  • Park with a pond, with the pagoda. The entrance is 9.70 euros in September 2016. It is just as well really in any garden. I personally do not recommend it at all
