  • With the same ticket of the Granet Museum, we were able to access the permanent exhibition of the collection Jean hideout. I enjoyed the part of the ground floor dedicated to Cézanne and Picasso where beautiful paintings are exhibited. The 1st floor devoted to contemporary Art a me lot less plus apart from a Mondrian and 1 or 2 Klee. We can dispense with the 2nd floor where the collector... of little Bill's accomplishments are exposed.

  • Very nice collection cover art not to be missed. Entry twinned with the Granet Museum (it's smart!). Picasso, light, of Scott, Dubuffet... but happiness in a really nice setting of this Chapel transformed into exhibition space. Suddenly, there is a different atmosphere. To visit without hesitation.

  • Although it is not clear to be the right definition or the white penitents ' Chapel instead of greys and the address is Rue Lieutaud, but Rue du Marechal Joffre, the Granet Museum has recently opened new halls probably in place of those described in these reviews. This is the Granet XXe that houses the collection JEAN PLANQUE. This year over an area of approximately 700 m2 exposes some Picasso, Renoir, Monet, Vab Gogh, Gauguin. A total of about 130 works recovered from warehouses of the Granet Museum where they did anteroom for 15 years. During the trip we visited in Marseille on MUCEM that also exposes a much broader and varied collection of Picasso genius. However we think this collection offer among other things with a single fare ticket with Granet Museum, not absolutely blows to one hormone and setting. Worth the stroll among these masterpieces – maybe minor, but nonetheless representative and above all perhaps little known.
