  • a nice place for interesting exhibitions, the renovation is beautiful, very nice garden. Despite a reservation, there are sometimes too many people at the same time. as well, the entry is a little expensive knowing that visitors will have, for the majority, paid parking to settle.

  • This museum, in addition to being beautiful, offers superb exhibitions, for all the world. The rooms are a bit small, but still very interesting. It is best to book your tickets on the Internet, because there is often a lot of people at the counter... Come early, because even before the opening, the queue waiting for the entry is already very long!

  • Magnificent photo exhibition (mostly) on the life of the famous icon Marylin Monroe. Of his childhood until a few days before his death (suspect?). Excerpts of films or videos. All the photos are positioned parallel to the political or other events. A lot of explanation explaining the conditions of shooting.

  • Very stylish house and garden, beautifully restored, and a good gallery space. Simple entry, strangely no photography allowed in this day and age, when even the Guggenheim and MoMA allow it. Not cheap, no re-entry to see the Cezanne film.
  • Disappointed in this - I wanted to see more decorated rooms, but there are only two and the cafe (these are quite beautiful though). It was expensive for what you got and didn't much rate the Turner exhibition.
  • Fab museum in an old historic palace in the centre of Aix. Make sure you visit the rooms and the cafe. It is very cool. And watch the Cezanne documentary. So worth it
  • Beautiful garden for lunch (although a bit expensive). The confit de canard and desserts were great.
  • Amazing. A pure jewel dowtown beautiful Aix-en-Provence. Do not miss it, the building, the garden, the atmosphere and the expos are unforgettable.
