  • We arrived for a second time (to cover the small admission fee). As other reviewers have said, it's big, when compared to (say) Porvoo cathedral (qv). Unexpectedly I was touched by the phenomenologica...  more »

  • Went there for an organ concert, and the sound was amazing. Kudos to the organ and the player. The church is very large and very nice, but has a kind of a cold feeling to it. There is a receptionist at the front where you can pay 2 Euro to go see the church museum. To me, it was honestly not worth it, but if you like antique statues and silver, then it might be for you. It also shows how the church has evolved structurally.
  • Amazing Cathedral. Didn't get to go to the museum upstairs. However the Cathedral itself is amazing and beautiful.
  • This is the only medieval church in Finland. Be sure to visit while you are in Turku.
  • Nice from outside but inside nothing special.
  • A real cathedral, with an interesting museum upstairs. Great acoustics.
