  • The cave was fun but very much designed for families with young children. The ice cave and vodka shots were great.  more »

  • Fantastic place! Sure there were a few queues for things but no worse than any theme park, maybe half an hour for the reindeer ride for example in mid December. The staff were all fantastic with us and the kids were the happiest I've ever seen them! It was an amazing, magical day
  • a beautiful place to visit, even without the children. Santa park is deep underground. no need for your coats when your inside, its lovely and warm. when you get to the entrance inside there is a big cloakroom for you to hang your coats up. There's plenty to do once inside from just looking around to making little trinkets and going under the arctic circle. There is even a small ice room where you can put on a warm overall & look at all the ice sculptures. when you feel cold you can ask for a little shot of hot chocolate :) The ice queen also makes an appearance walking around the small trinket shops near the ice room. There is a big dining hall where there is a small variety of food served. As live entertainment show is always on. they dance & perform whilst you eat which is nice. If you have children they can play in the large wooden built up play area too. Santa Claus is also there to see, speak to and have a photo with. The photo is not too expensive either which is a bonus. A great place to visit for all the family
  • This cost a bit of money to get in and expect to spend more money to do extras inside. If you’re from Colorado, I’d like to call this the Casa Bonita of Christmas. Maybe good for families, but not worth the expense for me.
  • Nice place but too expensive... High entry fee and additional fee for many activities. You get a 2-day entry ticket, but can see the whole place in a few hours.
  • We visited with TUI on their day trip visit. We were under the impression we were visiting santa village and ended up here. We waited almost 2 hours queing for santa just for him to walk out at the end. It took the TUI reps to get someone back in but by then it was ruined. Our children were distraught having to deal with queues for everything. In the 4 hours we were there we spent the vast majority of it queing. We managed to get a husky ride that lasted no more than 30 seconds and a quick visit with Santa which the kids had no interest in due to the above. This was supposed to be a magical experience for the kids before Christmas and it was ruined by corporate greed. We have since been informed that TUI had took more flights than usual here and Santa Park had told them they could handle the extra tourists. Greed ruined 4 flights worth of people's experience. Daylight robbery between the two companies. We are apauled and disgraced. We are in the process of a serious complaint with TUI to have our money back. Almost £2000 to ruin our Christmas. Disgusted is an understatement.
